Corporate Accounting

BSC Property Management can take care of the Client’s Corporate Accounting requirements. Our team of experienced accountants have strong Polish tax and accounting knowledge which will enhance the quality of the financial reporting process to the client. Having a “one stop” solution for both property and corporate reporting matters will also benefit the client from an overall cost perspective.

Our Corporate Accounting offer can be tailored to client requirements.

Preparation of management accounts with supporting calculations on a monthly / quarterly basis.

Statutory tax compliance – VAT, CIT, NBP and GUS

Year-end financial statements preparation for audit and statutory filing.

All Corporate financial reporting is prepared in accordance with Polish Accounting standards.

Marketing

Our team experience, not only with commercial Property background, results in the know-how and the creativity of marketing solutions. Dorota moved across to Property Management from Balmain Asset Management where she previously was Asset manager for seven years for a retail portfolio of 17 schemes with investment volume of about EUR 130m. She was responsible for successful execution of asset management initiatives, including six re-development projects of the total value of ca EUR 7.9m and new development project of the value of EUR 25m.
