Newbridge, advised by BSC Real Estate Advisors, have acquired Focus Park in Włocławek, Poland from a privately held Luxembourg based investor.
Newbridge, advised by BSC Real Estate Advisors, have acquired Focus Park in Włocławek, Poland. Newbridge is a Warsaw based investment and development firm and is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Somerston Group, a privately owned investment house established in the 1850s by the Group’s founding family.
Focus Park is located on Komunalna Street in Włocławek, in the northern part of Poland. The property was developed in 2011 and consists of 6,500 m2 of retail area with 316 parking lots. The building is single level with 9 tenancies including Media Expert, Rossmann, CCC, Deichmann, KIK and PEPCO.
BSC Real Estate Advisors provided acquisition support and commercial due diligence process. Linklaters provided legal advice.
