Complaits procedure

A number of directors and employees of BSC Real Estate Advisors are Members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Under the RICS Rules of Conduct, BSC Real Estate Advisors is required to operate a Complaints Handling Procedure.

If you wish to make a complaint about services you have received from BSC Real Estate Advisors you should, in the first instance, contact the director or member of staff who provided that service. That person will normally acknowledge receipt of your complaint within seven calendar days and provide a reasoned answer to your complaint within 28 calendar days.

If that answer does not satisfy your concerns you should write to Jason Sharman at BSC Real Estate Advisors, ulica Grzybowska 2/29, Warsaw, Poland, 00-131. We will initiate such enquiries as are considered necessary and will endeavour to respond within the timescale given above.

In the event of the matter remaining unsettled we may arrange for it to be referred to a suitably experienced independent mediator.

Clients remaining dissatisfied with the services of BSC Real Estate Advisors and the outcome of any internal enquiries, or reference to mediation, should refer their complaint to The Polish Chamber of Commerce, Ulica Trebacka 4, Warsaw, Poland, 00-074 by telephoning +48 22 630 9600.

Clients remaining dissatisfied with the professional conduct of BSC Real Estate Advisors and the outcome of any internal enquiries, or reference to mediation, should refer their complaint to The RICS Dispute Resolution Service by telephoning +44 20 7334 3806 or by visiting their website at www.rics.org
